Can’t get an Appointment with your Bank?

Struggling to get to see a Bank Mortgage Advisor ???

We hear this everyday !!
– We can act FAST for you !!

In April 2014 major changes were implemented to the way in which mortgages are sold following the Mortgage Market Review. In terms of the way that Banks and Building Societies transact with clients things have changed massively and has led to lengthy waiting times for appointments.

A client told us yesterday she had just rang her Bank for an initial appointment and was told they would have to wait 5 weeks to see someone! This was completely unacceptable to her as she wanted to see how much she could borrow as quickly as possible because she had just received an offer on her property.

Up until April 2014 mortgage sales could be made on a non-advised basis which was very different to the service we offer here, whereby we recommend the most suitable mortgage for you, tailor-made to your exact circumstances and needs.

Banks and Building Societies now have to work in a similar way and clients tell us that sometimes the interviews in the Bank can last for 2-3 hours, only then for them to find out they do not meet the lending criteria!

We pride ourselves on our responsiveness – if you email us we reply, if you leave us a message we’ll ring you back. We can transact over the phone, by video call or face to face to make things as quick and easy for you as possible.

If you’re having difficulty getting an appointment with your Bank or are if you are finding them inflexible please contact us and we’ll be delighted to help you. Out of hours appointments are always available.
